Overhanging wooden decks that produce breathtaking views are a prime element in the design of this marvel that stands amidst the vast agricultural field. Another element that the client wanted was a stepwell that had views on looking from the deck above. The water body is overlooking and is directly in front of the entrance, also the private area in the site. Having a bit of contoured level difference on the site, the design occupies levels to place the basement and the rest of the functions above it. A design approach that keeps the design simple and light contribute to the steel frames that hold the tiled roofs grounded. The overall decoration is kept minimal, with prime importance on the views and recreational zones inside the property.
